





Land Investment process
Unlike purchasing property, the land investment process is simple and you will be taken through step by step. The customer is always fully informed and supported throughout the purchasing process. We reinforce our commitment to our product by insisting you use a solicitor, we want you to be informed by experts who will protect your interests and give you the best independent advice. For your information the process is as follows:
To Start
With assistance you will be shown what sites currently have plots available. You choose the plot or plots you wish to purchase.
You pay a non-refundable reservation fee of £450 . This will reserve the land exclusively for you, for a period of 7 days to allow time for the purchase to be completed.
Let us have your soliciters details. (We have a list of soliciters to choose from should you wish to do so)
Sign and return a Plot Request Form and Memorandum of Sale, copies of which would have been sent to your solicitor together with a detailed pack of title documents and searches relevant to your purchase.
Within 7 Days
Sign and return to your solicitor all the Land Registry papers and documentation (contract and transfer) they will have sent to you in relation to you Land purchase.
Provide your solicitor with photographic identification and a recent utility bill to establish your identity.
Pay a 10% deposit (either by credit card, electronic transfer or cheque to your solicitor).
Exchange contracts
7 Days After Exchange
Provide your solicitor with the balance of the purchase price on or before the specified completion day. Upon receipt of the balance by our solicitors we will transfer the freehold title into your name
Your solicitor registers you as the freehold owner of your plot(s) with HM Land Registry
